Instructions are included for removing your KU account from the following mail clients: Mac Mail Click the Apple icon in the upper left and select System Settings. Select Internet Accounts. Choose your KU account from the list of accounts in the left sidebar. Click Delete Account.... Click OK to confirm deleting your account. Outlook - Mac Open Outlook on your Mac. Open the Tools menu and select Accounts. Select your KU email from the account list on the left side of the Accounts window, and click the minus icon ( - ) in the lower left. Click the Delete button to confirm that you really want to delete your KU account from Outlook. You'll get an alert that says Deleting Account, which will remain until the account removal is complete. How long this takes depends on the size of your mailbox. Outlook - Windows Open Outlook on your computer, and click the File tab in the upper left corner. This will open to the Info section of Microsoft Outlook. Click Account Settings and select Account Settings. Go to the Data Files tab and check which data file is currently set to be your default. These data files contain Outlook's offline data, and if your KU account is currently set to the default, you will not be able to delete it. To set a new default Outlook data file: Click Add. Choose a location and name for your Outlook data file, then click Save. Select the new data file and click Set as Default. Give Outlook a few minutes to move all items needed to the new default data file, then go back to the Email tab. Select your KU email address from the list of email accounts connected to Outlook. Click Remove.
