Email - POP and IMAP Settings (Uncommon)

Summary

KU IT Strongly Recommends that email clients be configured to access KU Email using an Exchange/ActiveSync connection. Some applications will ask for Exchange endpoints in order to sync emails or calendar items. More information on Exchange endpoints can be found at the links below.

If you wish to configure your KU email using POP or IMAP, use the following settings in your email client. The outgoing SMTP settings are the same for both POP and IMAP configurations. As of 9-29-2022, email clients must support OAuth or OAuth 2.0. We recommend users use the Outlook application. All other clients are unsupported.
