Microsoft Bookings - Email Notifications

Summary

If you are receiving email notifications any time an edit is made to someone's Office hours listings through Bookings, please reach out to the owner of the listing and have them switch this setting off to fix it.

  1. Login to https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/me.

  2. Click the Office hours tile, or whichever Bookings entry is sending excessive email notifications.

  3. Click the Advanced Options button.

  4. FInd the Email reminders and Email follow-up section and click the Trash Can to the right.

  5. Click Save and share in the top right to save these changes.
