myKU - Finances Portlet

Summary

The Finances portlet application in my.ku.edu can be found under the Finances tab of the Navigation bar located in the top center of the page. You can favorite this portlet by clicking options in the top right corner of the box and adding it to your favorites. This will move the portlet to your MyKU homepage. This portlet will show you the information detailed below.

• Student Financial Aid

  • Supplies links to learn about eligibility for Grants, Scholarships, Loans, and Work-Study

  • Provides a link to Accept/Decline financial aid awards

• KU Card Beak 'Em Bucks Balance

  • If the balance does not seem correct you can contact the KU Card Center at 785-864-5845

  • Use the link to the Web Card Center to

    • View your transaction history

    • View your meal plan

    • Report your card lost (or found)

    • Setup notifications regarding your daily balance

  • You can recharge both your Beak Em' Bucks and Dining Dollars.

• My Print - Free Print Balance

  • Each semester students are given funds in their KU Card printing account

  • Unused printing funds are reclaimed after the semester

• Enroll & Pay Balance Due

  • If you owe KU money for tuition, fees, or housing the balance due will show

  • Use the Account Management link to go directly to your account in Enroll & Pay
