This article will discuss how to get the Zoom application installed on your personal device and give instructions on how to properly access this service with your Online ID and password. Zoom is not available for departmental accounts.

Android & iOS
It is recommended that everyone signs into Zoom using their KU account. However, for Faculty, Staff, other Employees who wish to take advantage of Zoom Pro it is a requirement to sign in with your KU account. Students do not have access to Zoom Pro.
- Open Zoom Application and choose Sign In
- User must select SSO to sign in with their KU OnlineID and Password.
- Enter kansas click Continue
- Login with your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On
After successfully signing in. You should automatically be taken back to Zoom Client where you can Host or Join a meeting as needed.
