Summary

How to install the Zoom application on your personal device and how to access this Zoom with your Online ID and password. Note that Zoom is not available for departmental accounts.
Installing Zoom Client
Android and iOS
For mobile device installation, scan the QR code below or navigate to: https://zoom.us/go.

Mac Devices

Navigate to: https://zoom.us/download.

Click the appropriate download for your Mac Device.

Either open the installer from the Download folder or the dock.

Click: Continue.

Click: Continue.

Click: Install.

Enter the password for your computer, then click: Install Software.

Click: Close.

Windows Devices

Navigate to: https://zoom.us/download.

Click: Download (64-bit).

Run the downloaded ZoomInstallerFull.exe.

Click: Done.

Signing In to Zoom
Sign in to Zoom using your KU account by using the following steps.

Open Zoom Application on your computer and click: Sign In.

Select: SSO to sign in with your KU OnlineID and Password.

Enter: kansas and click: Continue.

Enter your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On when prompted.
After successfully signing in. You should automatically be taken back to Zoom Client where you can Host or Join a meeting as needed.
