Summary
The KU Community may receive unwanted calls for a number of reasons. Users now have the ability to block calls in Microsoft Teams.
Departmental accounts do not have the ability to block calls.
- Open Teams, Click on Calls

Locate the call to be blocked in your call history and Right Click then select Block
