11-11-2025: KU IT has identified an issue affecting iOS devices where calendar invitations related to Password Expiration reminders — created during account setup, password changes, or resets — may not behave as expected.
Observed Behavior:
After accepting the calendar invite, it reappears within moments or a few minutes, prompting you again to accept or decline. This cycle may continue repeatedly.
Resolution:
If you experience this issue, please log in to Outlook on the web and accept the invitation there. https://outlook.office.com
We are investigating this matter.
Configuration

Open Settings app.

Click on Calendar.

Click on Accounts.

Click on Exchange.

Turn Calendar sync on by clicking on the slider. When turned on the slider will appear green.

Your KU calendar should now sync to your iOS calendar and vice versa.
Troubleshooting
Events added to iOS calendar not showing up on Exchange calendar:

Open Settings app.

Click on Calendar.

.Click on Default Calendar.

Select the Exchange calendar you would like to be the default.

Your iOS device should now upload events to your Exchange calendar when created in the iOS calendar itself.
Events created in Exchange calendar not showing up on iOS calendar:
-
Open Calendar app.

Click on Calendar at the bottom of the screen.

Select the calendars you want to be shown, ensure the Exchange calendar is selected.

You should now see that calendar's events in your iOS calendar.
