Summary
If you're using a device managed by KU, Microsoft Teams should already be installed on your device. If you need assistance, please reach out for support.
Android

Search for "Microsoft Teams" through the Google Play Store app on your Android device, or go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.teams in your Android device's browser, and tap Install to download and install the Teams app to your Android device.

Once Microsoft Teams has finished installing, open it from the Google Play Store or from your device's home screen. You should then see this login screen.

Type in your KU email address, and tap Sign in.

Login with your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On if prompted.

Teams is now ready for use.
iOS

Search for "Microsoft Teams" through the App Store, and tap Get to download and install the Teams app to your iOS device.

Once Microsoft Teams has finished installing, tap Open in the App Store, or tap the Teams app from your device home screen to open it. You should then see this login screen.

Type in your KU email address, and tap Next.

Login with your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On if prompted.

Teams is now ready for use.
Mac

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app. You should see this page below.

Click Download for desktop.

Click Download Teams.

Click Allow if your browser requests download permissions.

In your downloads folder, open the Teams_osx.pkg file package.

This install panel should open. Click Continue.

Make sure Microsoft Teams is selected, and Teams Audio Driver is unselected. Then click Continue.

Click Install.

Login using the username and password of your Mac (the ones you use to login to the lock screen), and click Install Software.

After the software is done installing, you should see this screen. Click Close.

This popup will display. You can now safely move the installer to the trash, as it is no longer needed. You can also click "Keep" if you want to keep it in your downloads.

Open Teams, if it isn't already open. You should see this screen. If your KU account is already saved, it will be shown under the Continue as section, and you can select it there. If you don't see your account, click the User another account or sign up link at the bottom.

Type in your KU email address, and click Next.

Login with your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On if prompted.

Teams is now ready for use.
Windows

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app. You should see this page below.

Click Download for desktop.

Under the Teams for work or school section, click Download Teams.

Open the TeamsSetup_c_w_.exe installer file from the downloads folder.

After the installer completes, you should see this screen. If your KU account is already saved, it will be shown under the Continue as section, and you can select it there. If you don't see your account, click the User another account or sign up link at the bottom.

Type in your KU email address, and click Next.

Login with your KU Online ID and password to Single Sign-On if prompted.

Teams is now ready for use.
