1. Go to the website, https://profile.ku.edu, to confirm that you can log in to the KU Single Sign On.

   • If you cannot sign in at the website above, please call the KU IT Customer Service Center at 785-864-8080 or email us at itcsc@ku.edu.

2. If you can sign in to the website above, please reach out to iThenticate support for assistance.
