Submit this request to get assistance from the Union TeamDynamix (TDX) Team. This team provides help with platforms and issues that are unique to the Union (NOT issues with things like computers, printers, Microsoft products, etc. that are common across all KU units). Examples of issues that are commonly submitted here could be:
- Issues with Netsuite
- Issues with Point of Sale systems, i.e. Grubhub and NSPOS that don’t involve network connectivity
- Problems encountered with Paycom and/or Paycom devices
