Watkins IT Support Request

This form is intended for staff at Watkins Health Services to request assistance from the Watkins IT team. Typical requests include:

  • Onboarding/offboarding requests for new and departing staff. For onboarding/offboarding requests, please ensure you have completed the KU Affiliate Request form and refer to the checklist at Watkins Chronicles for specific IT questions to best assist us with provisioning access and/or requesting assistance from KUIT.
  • Questions or issues related to Watkins owned equipment: computer not turning on, monitor is flickering, printer is not working, etc.
  • Questions or issues related to Watkins and KU systems: KU email, Teams, Point and Click, and other medical software used by clinic staff.
  • Questions with using or accessing resources owned by The University of Kansas Health System like KUMC email, Kronos, Workday, Citrix, and PolicyStat
