The following grievance procedure provides a hierarchical structure for presenting and settling disputes between affiliates of KU School of Pharmacy.

To provide guidance to any SOE student wishing to file a grievance.

To articulate the procedures for hearing grievances arising in the School of Architecture and Design.

These procedures are established as a means to resolving disputes. They shall be applied so as to protect the due process and other rights of parties to the dispute.   These dispute resolution procedures are intended to supplement, not supplant, other more informal means of resolving disputes that may arise, and parties are encouraged to resolve disputes informally before resorting to formal procedures.
