Setting up a delegate account on a mobile device introduces complexity not outlined in this document. Users frequently lose access to a newly created account on a mobile device.
Device(s) owned by another business:
Companies do their best to protect the data available to them. In certain situations they introduce security features that simply break the delegate system. This is why we are unable to provide delegate support when the user is using a device owned by another business.
Additionally other businesses tend to frown upon someone accessing their computers remotely which is something we commonly do to resolve technical issues.
