Student Information System's - Documentation

Delegate accounts must be created by the student and should never be deleted unless instructed to do so by KU IT or Student Information Systems. If a student needs assistance in creating a delegate account, please have the student reach out to KU IT for support.

  • KU IT has observed that @Yahoo.com email addresses are the least reliable in delivering Delegate related emails to a users inbox.
  • It is recommended that everyone adds registrar@ku.edu as a "Safe Sender" in their email client.
  • Ensure your student sets the up the account with the correct email address you wish to use as you will not be able to change it.
    • The Security Key is tied to the email address in which its sent to.
