The instructions below show how to update your profile picture in different services. Microsoft Services - Sharepoint, Office365 Log in to your KU account at sharepoint.ku.edu. Click your name and avatar in the top right corner. Select My Microsoft 365 profile. Select the Camera Icon under your existing avatar; if you have not set one before, this will be a generic profile image. Click Upload a new photo to select an image file from your computer file. You will have an option to zoom in and out on the image; the corners of a square image will not be shown in your avatar. Click Apply to save the new profile image. Note: It may take a few days for the change to take effect across KU systems. MyTalent The MyTalent profile picture is tied to your KU ID Card. To update your profile picture for https://mytalent.ku.edu/, follow the steps below: Log in to https://webcardcenter.ku.edu/. Click Submit ID Photo from the left sidebar. Scroll down and click Upload Photo. Select your new profile picture image from your file browser (or photos app if on mobile) and click Open to upload it. If you run into any issues with changing the profile picture on the Web Card Center website, contact the KU Card Center for further assistance: stu.account@ku.edu |785-864-3322 To check that the image has updated in MyTalent: Log in to https://my.ku.edu/ Click Employees. Under the Image Management section, you should see your profile picture shared from the KU card. Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the image to update from the KU Card Center to myKU, and up to 48 hours after that for it to update in MyTalent. If the new image has been displaying correctly in myKU for over 48 hours but it still has not updated in MyTalent, please email both hrdept@ku.edu and itcsc@ku.edu for assistance on this matter.
