I'm new to this what's next?
I know my user name, and my email address has not changed
Please go to https://reset.ku.edu. You will be asked for you user name. Reminder user names are in the format of JG-S123456. If you run into issues completing this process. Please reach out to KU IT @ 785-864-8080 for support.
I know my user name, but my email address has changed
Please reach out to the Jayhawk Global Support team to update both your email address. Additionally, KU IT will be notified on your behalf that you need assistance with account recovery once your email address has been fixed. A government issued photo ID will be required when speaking with KU IT.

I've used this service before. I don't know my user name
Provided your email address has not changed. You can go to https://enrole.ku.edu. You may need to recover your account on this website to follow the instructions provided below. After successful login. Please complete the following steps:
- Click On "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders"
- Open a Previously taken course
- You will see a "Canvas Username"
Now that you know your user name. You can visit https://reset.ku.edu to start the account recovery process for gaining access to Canvas.
