If you are unable to access your device to complete your login attempt, please contact the IT Customer Service Center to request a bypass code. You will be required to verify a government-issued ID. The bypass code is valid for either 5 uses or 4 hours, whichever comes first.

My device was replaced, lost, or stolen. What do I do? 

If your in need of accessing KU resources a bypass code will satisfy your needs for the short term. For a long term solution a hardware token may be needed until you obtain a replacement mobile device. If you've already obtained a replacement mobile device or simply upgraded. You can reactivate duo on your mobile device or reach out to the helpdesk for assistance as needed.
