PURPOSE:

To change a students’ grade due to clerical error or completion of a course.

APPLIES TO:

The policy applies to students, schools, departments, and administrative offices.

POLICY STATEMENT:

Grades cannot be changed after they have been submitted to the University Registrar except in certain cases specified by University Senate Rules and Regulations at
